Design consultancy
If you wish to lead your own project and all you need is the confidence to move forward, I can guide you in creating a fully-realized space that you'll love living in.
€120 for a 1h30 consultation
You can show your space over video, put together a presentation with photos and/or links to walk trough over screen-share, or simply chat and take notes. The time is yours to use however is most helpful for you. I can advise on floor plan layout, furniture selection and placement, brands to consider, paint schemes, wall and window treatments, finishes and fitted joinery.

Staging
I prepare properties that are either already on the market and haven’t attracted a good offer, or before they go on the market, to maximise the sale or rental value. Your buyer must be able to project themselves as they walk into the house, they must feel at home.
My Home stagging service will allow you to transform your interior at a lower cost to promote the sale of your property.
The budget for a makeover is 3 to 5% of the appraised price of the property.
It is often necessary to optimize the price and a transaction.

Free Interior decoration consultation online 15 minutes for clients who are serious about changing their environment or maximising their rental income.

or package for several rooms and support on request.
If not available onsite I can arrange a package to include project coordination.

LET'S MEET UP...
We meet onsite, to discuss your requirements -allow 1 hour. Prior to the meeting, you would have collected some photos for inspirations/style and filled in a questionnaire about your requirements and budget.

DEVELOPMENT OF PLANS, SUGGESTIONS
Following this, I send you a 2D floor plan including furniture layout, colour palette with finishes, fabric suggestions. To be revised once.

FINALIZATION
To finalise the project, you get a full schedule of specifications with links. And my recommendations of trustworthy local professionals.
